Find the key first
Most cars with locking wheel nuts keep the key in the glovebox, the boot side pockets or the spare wheel well. It looks like a socket with a pattern on the end. Have it ready before the tyre is changed.
If the key is missing
Say so when you call, with the make and model. We tell you what can be arranged before booking, so nobody turns up without the right plan.
After a tyre change
Keep the key in the car, somewhere you will remember. Next time you need a tyre fitted it saves time.
